Coch-Y-Bonddu
This fly is one of the oldest on record dating back to the seventeen hundreds. The fly is meant to represent the beetle (Phylopertha horticola) which come into hatch May-June depending in which part of the UK and Ireland you are. The later hatches seem to be the further north you go.
